could improve on down shifting technique when heel toe braking
if possible rotate the go pro mount forward and then pivot the actual go pro up so you dont have to just watch your reflection in the rear view mirror in the youtube videos

the center of my go pro lens is 26 3/4 inches above the transmission tunnel with carpet

exhaust sounds sweet.
are you using an external mic or is it just making that much sweet music?

I get fuel starve around a half tank as well, so I when I went this year, I ended up going to the Walmart in Watkins Glen to get a fuel jug to supplement the afternoon sessions. Those things suck for refueling E30s lol, it's hard to get a good flow of fuel going.

Yeah, downshifts could be faster, but that comes with time and practice, I still screw it up sometimes. Letting up too early on the clutch can cause some issues both for your pressure plate and also can get the car unsettled if you mess up the brake, downshift, turn-in timing.

I wish the white E82 and burgandy Porsche let you by quicker.

Thanks! Still learning every time I go. That was only my second track day. The mic is an external Sony wireless lav with the TX Unit in the trunk. Ran the cable through the trunk and clipped the LAV on the corner on the plate facing away from the exhaust.
