What ya know about switching lanes holding wood grain

Snapped some pics today and I snuck in the obligatory turned wheel pics for everyones enjoyment. Looking toward the future, I have an M52 in the works. (the block, crank and pistons are at the machine shop now) Plans are to do a stock rebuild on the 2.8 bottom end, s52 cams w/ injectors, hfm and software mated to a e36 trans with 3.25 diffy. Im hoping to be back on the road by next spring with the new motor.

Nice pics man, nice touch painting the rear valence body color. Makes the mtech II sides flow real nice with the car.

I love this car. I don't know why, it just looks extremely nice. And for some reason, the car appears smaller than other E30's. Clearly it's not, it's just an interesting illusion.

Everything looks great except the tires. They're big as hell!

The black line that stops with the M-Tech II sides is frustrating.

Paint the center line in the M-Tech II sides black to match the trim line? I dunno...

Looks absolutely fantastic though, I just get confused with the sides being all painted. Either paint your trim to match the car, or put a line of black in the M-Tech II to make the black line run around the car.

Its been mentioned but I think you should paint the center part of the M tech sides, it would prolly be a pretty easy job as well. I think it would look badass and I cant say Ive ever seen it done before....cars sick man but some smaller tires would go along way. You know this already though.

Maybe someone could do a pshop of the center part of the tech 2 sides in black??

Dig. It does look smaller for some reason, must be zee wittle m42.

I think it's missing a line aswell, but I think to keep the line level and the same thickness... this could work?

Is that a sidemarker in that Photoshop too? That would be a slick touch.
