What type of camera are you trying to use?
      I have a Canon Powershot SD900.
It's 10mp, which is more than enough and it has all the little settings in the world but I can't find one to blur the wheels, except for the night setting which ends up blurring the entire pic because i cant keep it steady enough...

Thanks mate. Here's a few more from the same day.

There were so many more nice cars there on the day; but being a new stretch of road it was full of speed cameras so we wern't keen on speeding to catch up to the front. :)

Just had a look in your manual; try this:
          - Set the camera in Manual mode.
          - (Rec.) Menu > [Long Shutter] > [On]
          - FUNC. Menu > +-0 (Exposure Compensation)
          - Use the left and right arrows to select the shutter speed.

Kind of hard to explain with text; check out page 53 of your manual.

For reference, the pictures I posted above were mainly taken with a 0.033 second shutter speed (1/30).

It's real, I saw it in person while he was here.

If I remember correctly, he's using the center strip of trim from the rear bumper, and is going to have it plastic welded to the 2 side pieces to make one uniform, shaved strip.
