Is that dollar value per a liter or gallon for gas? If so I think Puerto Rico should start paying taxes or get off of our coat tails.

Ah, ok figure since you guys don't pay fed taxes that gas was exempt.

I was in the mid west this week and gas was back down to $2.55 a gallon.
