    my cabrio

my W.I.P. of a car...alot needs to get done to it before I have it the way I want it to be, still slowly finishing the plastic bumper conversion cant drive it for another week anyway so I'm in no hurry.

the last 2 I just wanted to see what my new trunk lid would look like on. it needs to be painted but I think I'll just wait till I get the entire car repainted, having a single body piece painted just isn't worth it in my opinion

          Lose the bottlecaps, please!!!!!!!

Looking good so far. How difficult did you find the bumper swap to be so far? I am getting ready to embark on that myself soon.

its really simple to do, I'm just lazy and taking my time :D . I am saving for wheels and suspension and plan to get both at the same time, so it'll be a little longer :(

Nice W.I.P. Just curious, why did you change out the rear trunk lid?

right now its not a permenant change, when the car gets painted the new one goes on, the old one has that ugly 3rd brakelight

Ok but the third brake light does distract from the clean lines IMO.

I hope you're going to put it back on. FYI It's illegal not to have a 3rd brake light. You can go with some other style 3rd brake light but most of them are cheesey and you don't want no cop busting your balls about it or failing inspection cos of the lack of one either.

I'm keeping the 3rd brakelight trunk lid for inspections...the car is old enough where (with anyluck) cops wont hassle me to much, hell there are some e30s that didn't even come with 3rd brakelights, if I do get hassled I will come up with something
