yeah. quite possibly one of the most assonine threads in a while - at least one that I've stumbled across. Stu, no idea why you're even bothering - though it was rather funny to hear him 'diss' you and your '318'.

I have run eibachs and H&R sports, both with Bilstein Sports. The eibachs are much softer, and much more bouncy - check the spring rates if you don't believe the countless people who have said it. Yes, it provides a more reasonable drop, but I believe they're actually softer than stock springs (this may be false, but I wouldn't be surprised.)

In any case, go back to your "nu-uh, yah-huh" folks.

1) whats the point of citylights in the highs when ur lowbeams are on? you can barely notice them in that pic.

2)whats with the "crosshairs" things on the highbeams?

You'll like the suspension when you are done Elliot. There is always much to learn and try. This is your first, so to each their own! Finally mods are coming your way! Oh and springs and billie sports for 150 is a pretty good deal IMHO.

I have zero complaints with my springs. Why?

-Don't track
-Dont auto X
-Drive like a normal person 80% of the time
-Drive a slow car and know it

H&R sports are much better. Eibachs actually make the handling WORSE, since they increase the roll couple, and are barely stiffer than stock so they actually have more body roll. Remember kids, increased roll couple from dropping a car MUST be countered by stiffer spring rates to make the car handle.

Sooo the fact that im running koni's and GC's in less then a month still means you need to bash the Eibachs as a temporary setup?

Your right i must know NOTHING about suspensions, considering i put it on with some help.

The main reasons i ran this is because:

1)i dont have a bunch of cash to go around right now

2)Still dont know what im going to do with my engine

3)150 dollars??? can anyone say good deal mutha fucka?

4)I love pissing off half of the people on this site just because my car is not what most would like to see out of an e30.

5)If i keep this setup, ill be running alot more then just upgraded springs and shocks.
