    Operation: Comfort

Coming this next course year the plan is to make the samurai actually comfortable. Was fun bumming around in it everywhere, but the rattling and heat is starting to get to me.

    1. Hardtop
    2. Dynamat
    3.Prelude Seats In
    4.Tint
    5. 2in stainless thicker wall exhaust to cut noise down, 1 or two mufflers, bottom exit.
    6. ??? 1.6/1.9TDI ??? (or just fix AC on 1.3l)
    7. Rooftop tent + modifications to hardtop to support weight.
Dreams: Front Bar, Modify/buy rear bar to hold jack and maybe spare tire.

Saving 33s, more lift, and gearing for later, want to make it comfy to go camping wherever I want first and foremost, its plenty capable as is.

Love these things. There is a white with colorful flame hardtop one nearby me that has been sitting for yeaars but the owner never responds. Someday I'll pick that thing up.

    Carry on

Turns out this is a bad location for the antenna, had to cut a bit out of my taillight and couldnt screw it in. But the assembly is like a big lego that snaps together so it should be fine. headlight was already fucked from PO adding extra flashers in the brake lights for some reason.

Cable connector stuck out way too far to fit where I wanted it where the ashtray was.

Grabbed an angle connector and an extra 3.5mm cable to run it into stereo

Good Enough status for now, doesnt interfere with shifting,
but might make a wedge or two to stick under it to hold it perfectly solid,
for now i just have it wrapped in extra leather I had to stop it from rattling or shifting.

CRKT Remedy. I bought it cause it was the only one on the market in the shape I wanted, for the price.

If you noticed the two holes, pa always said 'Never Measure, Cut until it fits'.

Now to pick out a CB and decide where to run the cable.

Removed the non working AC parts:

Probably a good 50lbs shaved off front end here. Ready for a big heavy bumper.

    All this room for activities:

Plan of action is to probably remove clutch fan, move radiator forward, and add a pusher or puller electric fan:

Finally made some rubber floor mats out of a 1/2" thick piece of rubber i had rolled up:

    Lol my father.

He likes the samurai until he sits in it and remembers his knees go through the dash.
