M3's are commanding very good money when in great condition.

Some recent examples..

My friend recently paid 7,600GBP = 14,500USD for the black one pictured above it's a late 1991 registered 215bhp car (not an evo II btw).

I paid 6,200GBP = 11,500USD for mine 2 years ago, but it did need some work, mine is also a 215bhp car.

There's currently a very low mileage Sport evo for sale here in the UK, and the current asking price is 25,000GBP = 46,600USD.

Sport evos are commanding very high premiums, evo II's are also pretty highly priced, best cars to go for at the moment are late 215bhp cars, good all rounder, and decent prices too.

There are some cheap ones about too, most have been for sale for a while, and obviously for a reason, there's a couple for sale at about 7,000USD, and a friend paid 5,900USD for 215bhp car about a year ago, but he fell lucky as the seller didn't really research the market prices!
