How dark is that 5% really? Oregon max is 35%. I have 28% and want darker so you cant see my goodies. Only options are 20% and 5%. Is it too dark or just right for Cali? Oregon sees less sun. Nice lookin ride too. Dump the caps :)

5% is limo tint, i have that one all 4 windows, IT IS DARK. it is definetely illigal but whenever i see a cop i plan to roll the windows down, or they will already be down. i say 5% is perfect for cali because it gets very hott sometimes..plus my car looks hott with it.

haha it gets even worse.. the switch on my tranny to my back up lights isnt hooked up or something, so right now i dont even have backup lights.

learn how to reverse while your foot is on the brake. I did that til my reverse switch came in. pain in the ass with a stick

I agree. I think a black car with 50-60% tint all around looks really nice. It looks smoked instead of tinted and gives a clean look!

I had 35% all around (legal here)
Got sick of it, threw 5% on top of the existing tint
People could still see inside, threw 35% on the FRONT windshield

Welcome to utter blackness, people couldn't see me from the front with my windows down :P

Took it off though, driving in the rain with a tinted front windshield at night in a blacked out car sucks.

Isn't it suppose to be darker in the back than the front. You have it backwards don't you? 5% front and 15% rear...?!

I used to have 35% all around on my white e30. I have no tint on my red one now and I like it :).

I want to go a little darker, not to limo tint though. I have too much stuff for prying eyes. And we have a lot of meth heads up here, so cars are broken into a lot. I just dont want it to happen to me again. Thats my main reason. Last guy that did it got 13 months. :) 20% here I come! I agree 5% is too much, and I think he meant the 15% on the rear screen not the sides. Thats how I took it anyway.
