    Pics of my first E30

Well I got a few pics over the last weekend at the auto-x I ran in. I have some more pics on my other computer that is down for the count. these will do for now. Thats my buddies E36 323is, I did not get very good times because the car is just to slow with the auto tranny, but I am in the procsess of making it faster, and not I am not going 5 speed. I want auto, I have enugh 5 speed cars.

What's the reason for staying Automagic? Laziness?

Looks like a nice car that could use some love...Glad to see you're having fun with it though.

          Lose the DEPOs.

It is a nice car that needs lots of love! LOL, I am going to give it all that love so that it will be a very nice car.

My reason for the auto is that I have have 5 speed cars that are more for racing and what not. I wanted a nice fast cruser. I plan to turbo it and do lots of look apealing mods. I am also going to do full suspension and brakes her this winter, but auto this car will stay.

            Thanks guys

            P.S. what are DEPO's

why go turbo but stay auto? and as far as looks go those side skirts must go along with those headlights... you probably can find some cheap us ellips SOMEwhere but if you do nothing else lose the auto set up then turbo... but then again you didnt ask for my opinion

Side skirts are going to come off and e36 M3 side skirts are going on. They where on when I got the car, they where on when my budy bought the car and I have seen them for sale on a couple of sites and agree they are gross. The lights however, I bought them for 300 and absoluty love them. They are angel eyes and projectors, very nice to drive with at night. But not nice for the people infront of me, passing or driving right infront of me. Its kinda like they are getting a retna exam from the eye doctor. LOL

I want it auto for the nice cruser effect, it is not my primary race car even thought tonight I picked out $3500 worth of breaks and suspension for it. I want this to be a nice show car if you will, so the turbo kit is going to be built up for a really nice look as well as performance. Also, this tranny has extreamly tall gears. 45 in first, 85 in second, and 125 in Sport (third) but as soon as you go to Drive (fourth) it drops on its face. I have beeten many of my freinds in races due to the fact that they have to shift there 5 speed. When they sift third I am in second, when they shift fourth I am already in third pulling a car or two on them. I like the Auto race car, it makes it not as fun but yet offers other things to the table, I know the tranny will not hold up long to the turbo, but I will rebuild it, stronger, faster, better.

Are the DEPO's my headlights? or is that the side skirts?

Hey I thank you all for your critizim, it is all constructive negative and positive. It lets me know what others think, and I am open to all opinions. Esp if you can convince me of yours. I like to learn from people and there experiance.

That's a pretty sweet picture. I have an auto, and while I sometimes wish I had a manual, there are many more times I think it's great to have an auto. Sure, shifting gears is a lot of fun, but I don't get a chance to bomb curves very often. Mostly I'm stuck in traffic. :)

wow, what the hell was wrong with the previous owner, M badge on the back and the ferrari skirts, and an automatic wtf???

I wouldstill want my "cruiser" to be manual, just because automatic is just plain no fun.

Oh yeah the M badge, I forgot about that too. I am also going to remove that. I just don't want to take it off and have holes or glue or messed up paint under it. But then again if you got good pics of my spoiler, the paint don't matter to much. LOL Yeah it was not my buddie that put any of that stuff on. Who ever had the car before him put those items on.
