    new wheels. hooray!

edit: the adjuster came today, he was very coll and an auto enthusist(sp?) aswell, he was more interested in whats under the hood than anything else, anyways long story short, he said "im not going to total it on you"
so i got my check for 2126$ its on.

so my buddy let eme borrow his wheels(long story)
so i cleaned her up and got ready for some pics.

but before i could even take these pics an nice old asain woman was able to
police report qoute "mistake her gas pedal with her brake pedal"
    so who thinks its totaled?

    specs:
    87 325e
    190k

    mods:
    fully rebuilt 2.7 bottom end
ported "e" head with "i" cam
    bav auto rrfpr
    dinan chip
    bav auto header
    triflow header back
    bilstien hd
    eibach springs
    bav auto drilled rotors
    steel braided lines

and a bunch more that im forgeting

so i believe these insurance fuckers are gonna total it,
i hope not but we will see.

The quarter panel damage will probably send it over the top as far as totaling it. Just buy it back from the insurance company, find a clean rolling chassis, and put the motor and anything else of value into the new car. Preferably a late model E30

if you replace the door and hammer out the dent and bondo it might come out good! i cant see in the picture how far the damage goes soo thats hard to tell!

          yup^^^

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

I can't really tell from the pics. How does the door jamb look? It doesn't really look totalled at all to me. Find a parts car door(basically free) and hammer (or pull) that dent out in the quarter panel. As long as the door jamb, pillar is ok it shouldn't take much to fix.

lower skirt / jamb looks ok, as long as the pillar is intact it might just need a door / quarter. I think if you WANTED it totaled you could easily argue the value equation, but it should be fixable w/o compromising the structure if what I said above is the case.

I see more of those wheels on ebay - some sort of blow out price if you need extras.

That totally sucks about the car getting hit. :(
