well, you got the exposures right this time. longer = better = less grain. but you're backlit and there's absolutely no detail in your car. just because you have long exposures doesn't automatically mean a good picture. you need to light your subject in order for it to be amazing, case in point, i offer up a night shot of my car. i know my car is red, but the basic principle is there.

100 film is going to be badass at night, you're gonna get some ultra long exposures depending on your location. probably upwards of 30 seconds. the smaller your aperture (larger the f/number) will get you the star effect with the lights. also much more detail. dont forget, front light your car, it's black so it's gonna need extra light. on top of that, overexpose your negative and underexpose your print.
