it's a oem part, early euro lip for cabrios.
That's why it sit's so low on US Valence, see where valence goes vertical

... and is originaly for 1985-1987 valace. I've been hunting down that lip for my 1985 for a year....

Nice verts, the rims on delpin car are "ugly in a good way" :) nice to see something different than usually.

The wheels on the delphin are just sooo terrible. I love everything else though, looking clean.

A 4th came into play last week, for a friend, lending her the Harget's.
2g's and a quick tune up makes her a auto daily with cold a/c.

she runs after 2 years, flushed gas tank before cranking her, re-gapped spark plugs back to .28 from .40
