Hey everyone, I just got a new camera so what better was there to take pics of than my dirty e30? =p

I've actually done a lot of things on it maintainance wise like replacing tbelt waterpump headgasket etc. and now I only have a couple of small things to replace before I start doing aesthetic mods. I've painted my kickpanels and door pulls black.. and im thinking about dying the carpet so thats why the seat is removed. Well anyways, here they are:

I used Duplicolor black vinyl and fabric paint. I was kinda impatient while I was doing it.. just make sure you clean the pulls/pockets really well and put a couple of coats on them or the color will wear off. I went ahead and painted the kick panels as well because they had faded to the same color that the map pockets were.

The color doesn't match the other trim pieces perfectly, but its extremely close. I think you can see it in the pictures. Maybe 18 years of sun caused the other pieces to fade?

I believe the bottle says you can use it for carpet as well. Do you guys think I should dye my carpet black as well?

i dont blame you for wanting to dye the carpet, when i got it it was naaaasty. black carpet dye and a nice brush will do the trick. the two tone interior will look sick when youre done. we should get a photoshoot sometime

Shadowline does wonders huh?? bumper tuck...nice......very clean exterior and interior.....check.......some rims and a drop will do some nice things to it. Nice so far though.
