It's really easy. When you're typing your message in the advanced window there is a set of icons on the top. Click on the one that looks like a picture of mountains. That's the image tag. Enter the picture URL and your done. Or you can do it manually by doing this- [img]url goes here[/img]

Its heat shield material, works a charm. good for exhaust as well.
