Where are the Dials for the Charger. Scary as Chrysler had a Variable Nozzel Turbo.
The GN is ok Now if it was a GNX it would be awesome. I drove one in 88 as a buddy of mine had one in his Fathers house that we all rented out for college.
Loved the crazy ladder bar the car had from the factory.Comment

I love the placement of the turbo on the GN's, such a straight shot to the TB lol. Pretty neat cars, but my personal favorite american car is a '69 Camaro, black on black, with a worked BB under the hood. I will own one before I die.Comment

Thanks for the comments guys. I thought that there was going to be more flaming cause they are american cars, but there hasn't been. I found the production #'s for these cars and they are low exept for the vega.

I don't mean to steal the thread away but here are some pics that some of you will enjoy .
Heres a group of GN's that I had for sale at me family's shop a couple of years ago :
Thats not even counting our personal GN's or the ones we were working on . :D
There was always a good dozen or so on the premises at the time .
Heres my dads clean '87 that I sold for $25k (almost GNX territory) in '03 :

Just to break up the monotony we even built a big block powered GN :

Oh and theres a nice GNX sitting in the front lobby if anyone is in the market . :)Comment

Love the cars minus the firebird, they just don't do anything for me. GN is awesome, I have also wanted one since I was 17 after I saw a video clip of the GN with twin turbos sticking out of the hood and then almost lifting off the dino, atleast thats what it looked like.Comment

Teaguer, I allways enjoy seeing any GN's. I thought about switching mine over to a 86-87 setup, but this is the first car i've kept stock. I'll proboply get the factory plug wires and put them back on. Them are some nice GN's you have there, and i like seeing something differnt like the one with a big block in it.

The firebird will grow on you till you have to work on it. motor is half way under the windshield. And i love watching that video that Teaguer just posted.

Haha, my thoughts exactly :P Not really hatin on em, but I'm a bowtie boy through and through
That video made me fall in love. My friends dad has a GN, but he never lets him drive it because he knows how dumb we are.

the GN is awesome, a good friend of mine here in germany has one, the germans look at him like he is dumb when he goes to the track- but boy do they get a surprise when he runs it.
booo for the charger and anyone who likes that late80s junk!yuk is it ugly. I cant believe anyone this forum would even like it.
A GN with a bigblock in it is no longer a GN! like a e30 M3 with an M30 in it. Just not the same anymore, and its heart has been ripped out.
Still, much respect for a cool collection of cars. I know where your coming from.
people used to ask me why I had an M3 and a 4 pump 73 delta 88 lowrider sharing my garage- easy, 2 different awesome worlds.Comment
