I dated a Jenny, they are a good breed. Nice car, i say dont worry about anything other than stock for it. Glacier blue right? or however the Germans say it.

How do the front seats look? Covers on to protect it or cover damage?

Yeah, but they're vinyl and i'm assuming the fronts have wear due to the seat covers, just a wild guess though.
