    the e46 in progress

Hopefully I can finish it this week. The side bumper brackets were off(broken) in the pics and I need to do some adjusting to line everything up good, but this is how it stands right now.

all new cars suck, its junk, hate it, e30 is better, not built to last, etc....

M-Technic bumper look good on these.

Kill those corners up front though.

From a technicians standpoint the newer BMWs are super easy to work on. It's scary how much less work it is to do something like control arm bushings on an e46 vs. an e36. I do agree that they don't seem to be built like they used to though.

                I agree.

Great car. Was it in an accident? Of is this stuff just to change the look?

I bought it as a salvage vehicle. The front rail tips were bent to the right a little (thats what I am straightening in the first pic). I also had to replace the radiator, a/c condensor, hood, bumper, fender, etc... b/c they were damaged.

You going to flip the car? I would think not. Looks like a fun project at least.

No, I plan to keep it for a while, not sure how long. I have thought of selling it b/c I could make a few g's off of it. Right now I am sitting around 7k total price for everything. It could have been much less with a cheaper hood, bumper, headlights.
