    Looky what I found...

Been wanting one for a long time, finally found the right deal so I blasted it clean and powdercoated it in the usual manner and this is the result:

It's very heavy and the ribs are thick, so I figure they will acutally do what they were designed to do and dissipate heat. Makes the "ribs" on the stock cover look ridiculous. Anyways, I went to install it and OMG, what a difference it makes! I've seen them in pics, but in person, it makes such a visual impact, it has to be seen to be believed. Problem is, the bottom middle two bolts are too short to pass through the cover holes, so I am going to have to install some longer bolts to mount it. Pics will follow once it's installed.

(and yes there is a defect in the "R", but I can live with it.)

Absolutely badass. My holy grail is an AC Schnitzer M20 valve cover. I will have one, someday.

                        lol

Maybe it's just me, but my holy grail is like a perfect 850CSi, or E34 M5 3.8, or Euro E28 with a 450rwp TCD M30...

But valve covers are fun too.
