exact same thing happened to me on same color car.

got it all finished and a couple months later, took it down to talladega for an autox track event and a truck threw his re-tread into the air in front of me and i had no where to go. Ended up catching the entire tread in my grill.
that was over two years ago and my car is FINALLY back in my shop getting a big make over.

you will overcome, even if it takes some time.

I got a quote from sonnen bmw for the front valance $296.28 MY COST!!!!!! list was like $348.something
so I'm gonna look for one at pick-n-pull

it is, the filler panel that is between the grills and the bumper is pushed in a bit because of the valance. but nothing that some rope and a light pole can't fix:)

Unfortunatly it is uncommon to see 88+ e30's at the pickn'pull's in northern cali. But you can always hope...

I saw a straight valance at the winsor pick n pull today. You could probably pick it up for less then 80 bucks.

It is indeed. I actually replaced my whole front valance just to repair that peice. And because I'm anal.
