when i first joined the forum it was a month or so ago and never really gotten around to taking pictures of the car cleaned. still havent gotten around to taking good pictures, but said what the heck i ll take some with my 2 meg camera phone. bare with me on the crappy photos. 1988 4dr, 5speed, super eta.

Im in jamaica queens, previous owner said that the suspension was replace and from what i read when you do an oem replacement, the front end tends to look really high. lol. the back is actually a metal bumper =D trying to get it replaced, has a rust spot on the bottom piece of the bumper. or maybe i can just replace that itself. not familar yet with the e30 language so whats a shadowliner?

Shadowline is when you make the chrome around the windows black. Usually done by sanding then painting. Search for write ups if interested. Needs to be done correctly or it will chip off...easier. I'd have that suspension looked at your fronts riding way hi. That is not the way it should be. Good luck.

yea i think i will have it checked out, planning to get m3 springs so once i get that hopefully it ll be fine. thanks for the shadowlining info. i think i will do that once it gets a lil hotter. freezing here in nyc. =D

po is actually a close friend that sold it to me, he had baught a 318. looks like a plastic bumper but its really metal lol. any idea where i can pick up the lower portion of that bumper. its a got a nasty rust spot on the bottom end, looks like that peice is replaceable.

The bumper cover is plastic, where the black trim strip wraps around the rear of the car. The rear valence is part of the unibody.
