My 323i Money pit. I LOVE IT (56k... no)

Sigh, been meaning to post here for a while now...

Well, had the car going on about 2 weeks now. Most of which it has been in my garage in a million pieces lol.

As some of you know im new, and this is technically my first car. I'm 17, from Australia, and fuck is it hot down here!

So anyway this is how she stood upon rolling in the driveway, 160,000 km on the clock:

Absolutley immaculate. Everything except the badges which are cracked and faded, and the seats, which have lost the springs.

New Clutch new tires and new timing belt.

Turbo Mega flow exhaust system, with twin chrome tips

New Lights (Haters keep it to yourself)

    Couple of before/after pics:

Picked up my brand new stereo, including all new 2ml speaker wire.
Also got the Pelican Parts DIY book:

The super fun Installation process! saved myself $270 by doing all work myself, that was a fun weekend...

    The new Head unit

Converted my 6 stacker cassette Holder into an ipod holder/ tray thing.
Plus made my own leather hand brake and gear boots.

    Gone Shopping!

    My new monza m-spec race/recliners:

Steering wheel, Shift knob and MISSILE SWITCHES!!!!11

    Airhorns and boss kit

airhorns tucked away nicley next to air box

    Mock fit of seat.

The new Badges i ordered from overseas. took all of two weeks to get here and they are wrong size! (if any one wants these pm me, they suit e46 and e90)
So now i have the blue ones on order...

Before and after shift knob plus home made leather boot. (i also managed to find a little bmw badge for the shifter)

    New fog switches... LOL!!
too bad it's never foggy over here, wont get to use me rad switches

Overall before after pics of the interior.
Seats will be done this week hopefully. (I have to get RECARO to install them for $300 each, i cant find anyone else)

So far i've done all the work myself,
pretty fucking happy if i do say so:-D

Thanks to those who helped out.
Any feedback would be greatly appreceated

    THANKS GUYS!

I like the tail lights. Sure, they don't suit every E30, but with a colour like yours, they look good.

I do like those tails, but not on your color...but that is just my opinion.

Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one, most stink.

How is the quality? Do they fit well? Did they come with fresh gaskets?

Looks like a hell of an adventure. Keep it up!

Probably one for the front, and one for the rear fog light...
