Looks like racing dynamic valance cover. It will look whey better with the black grill. Find a nice euro black one. :)

Looks great. The grill does suck, but you already know that. A black grill would make the front end stand out nicely on your car.

I have a set of black grilles for sale if you are interested. They are not euro though. The car looks good but like you said the blacks will make it look better.

+1 Looks great, just paint the bumper trim black or buy euro trim, paint the grills black or get new ones and paint the door mouldings and windshield wipers as well. Contrast is key.
