Some progress

This weekend an old friend wanted to help me with my tattered BMW so after work we meet up and spent a few hours working on some things.

some thing that should have been done a long time ago finally got finished. got the fenderwall thingy straightend out enough and threw the old half-ass repaired fender back on the car. doesnt help with looks much, but we are one step closer to getting it finished. it is going to get some more body work done to it to make it a little straighter and fit a little better. it is also getting stripped and getting painted (yes spray paint ;) ) to match the new color of the hood.



we also started another project.

(p.s. it was fun driving around this weekend with shitty bald old tires.)

the finished product, 3 coats later.


the color is buckskin gold. and i really like it and how it goes with the zinno that my car is.

oh and here is a random pic i took at our high school state championship basketball game. i was about 50 rows up perpendicular to the basket. zoomed in about 4 times. free hand too

i havent put them on yet cause we ran out of paint to do the backsides, so they are halfway painted sitting on my back porch. when i finsh all four rims i will get more pics with them on.

if i take it off i get a bad vibration at like 45 mph, cause that rim has damage to the inside and is way out of balance.
