    New Wheels For The 325e...

Got some new wheels for my daily driver today.

It's an '85 325e with about 250k on it. Chrysler Sebring Green (resprayed by the PO in 1997) with "custom" paint effects (i.e. bubbling).

The car cost me $1k when I bought her back in '03. I have done zero upgrades/work besides oil changes (once a year or two) and minor stuff like the blower motor resistor, OBC backlight, etc...just fixing things as they break. Though these days I fix about one out of every five things that breaks.

    The wheels are 16x7" BBS RS 003, 4x100, et25, with 225/40 Yoko AVSES100's.

    Watcha think?

Tires are way too short and square shouldered for a stock height car. Looks better than my beater though.

My car isn't stock. It's got a lift kit from www.hcp4x4.com!

I'll answer for him and steal his thunder. It's my job. ;) I won't go into detail, but he's still in the process of completing the paperwork, and the shipping company won't be back out there for another week or two, so he's looking at another two to three weeks. Trust me, you'll hear about it when he gets it. I'm more excited than he is, I think!

Didn't it have RS' anyway? Or did one of the messican owners do away with them.

John (the young punk) sold them. It's currently got Konig Remembers, 16x7, gold centers, with about 700 miles on them.

They'll be coming off and these RS's (which have been sitting in my garage since November) will be going on as soon as it arrives :).
