    hey everyone,

Wanted to share my recent pickup. I sold my 2001 s2000 and picked this up a few days later. it's an 88 m3 with about 180k miles and in pretty good condition.

    Sexy lines...

    TWO TONE!!!

    My first mod

    ... and my second mod (I know I know...there's no 6th gear )

    Came with a supersprint exhaust

    Timeless...

I'm also in the process of taking the car apart... anyone know what these wires are for?

    Wires #1

Wires #2 (this was behind the driver side headlight

    Enjoy!

You're going to fit in here nicely :) Welcome to the forum

Great M3. Trading that in for a tired old S2000 was exactly what I would've done.

That first wire hookup could be for yoru windshield washer pump....That's what it looks like to me.
That second picture is for the foglight, Check your other foglight for a similar harness

My friend always hates on me because he says the S2000 is a better car than the E30 M3.

Now I have ammo. Looks good, and I'm sure even better after a detailing. More on the E46? Looks sick with the roof rack!

        Hey welcome!,
by any chance were you driving this car around in San Antonio near I-10 west going a bit past 1604? I think I might have saw you...

Where'd you buy the car from?

That e46 is sexy as well!

If I can get my hands on a convertible e30, then the s2000 can't touch it imo :)

Here's one pic of the e46 with HRE 840s

Here it is with Work S1's

          and finally, BBS CH

And here is that darn s2k :)

Love the door panels on the M3.

I'd upgrade to some BBS RS' on the M3 :D

Judging by the way you have your E46 and you had your S2000, your E30 will be pretty hooked up when you're done with it!

Speaking of which, what do you plan to do with this car in terms of mods?

Thanks. I'm changing out all the power steering hoses, tie rods, all the belts, rotors, and installing euro smileys :)

In terms of mods, I'm still trying to decide what I want to do in terms of either going all aftermarket (recaro seats, work wheels, etc) or restoring it to it's original state (e30 m3 seats, bbs wheels, etc). Still not sure :)

You change rims almost as much as matt.
