His paint is either shwarz or diamondschwarz..It's been awhile since i've seen his car but whatever it is it've very rare on e30's and looks real good. btw it's a 85 325e if that helps anyone figure out the paint code.

That's an Aluminum 5-speed ///M knob. They come in illuminated and non-illuminated variants. OE BMW.

Those wheels are off of a MKII jetta GLI or GTI. My friend has black ones with a polished lip on his 86'GTI
