I think they match suprisingly well, allways thought that A's are for "old cars", but they seem to adapt on e36 quite well.

Few days ago I saw e39 touring with 17" borbet A's, it looked simply weird.

They seem like they'd be more fitting on an E34.

I think they look worlds better than the HRE's. Then again, I never preferred the black multispoke/polished lip look of most of the newer tuner wheels anyway.

ya its all about the side wall. for an 8.5 inch wheel i would recomend a 215-40 for a nice amount of stretch and still sufficient meat. regardles that shit is sick.

Yes, I am sending them off to HRE for repair on the curb rash and refinishing. I know I can do this because my dad works for HRE (hes VP of business and sales, or something like that).
If you want, Ill ask if you can send yours in too :)

    Mr. Anderson-
I have 3 lug-style caps. I plan on ordering flat caps at some point.

Youd be surprised how little of a difference there is to a 205.
on one of the wheels, there is a 205/50 and I couldnt put it on because the tire was just too large.
Dont worry, Ill find something that looks good and has sufficient meat.

    thanks everyone!

Those actually look really good, I also like the no centercap look. These wheels look better on this E36 than I have ever seen them look on an E30.
