sick progress, is that yoru lift? Your car sounds like a perfect car to start with. Tranny swaps are a pain but i got the most satisfaction i have ever gotten after i finished one, it so weird to drive a car that was once auto.

I wish that was my lift. I came across my mechanic through a friend of a friend of a friend kind of thing. 20 year BMW mechanic that is sick about e30s. He has the most amazing ix, everything you can think of and things you cant think of.

Thanks for the well wishes I am very excited. Ill see if i can record a video clip becuase the exhuast sounds awesome.

Nice, i was wondering when the comments would start on that. Two reasons, B10 Alpinas have the same color on their wheels and always liked the look, second, check out my user name.(Duke Alumni)

              Better pictures coming this weekend...

Love the way she drives, hope to take it on some back roads this weekend and see how she likes it.

Looks great Levent, are those H&R Race or Sport springs?

Backroads should be a blast with your susp/brake setup

Edit: How are the roads up your way? Is the suspension reasonably comfortable?

                  Thanks Stu,
They are Race, the backroads are nice but not as nice as NC... The ride feels comfortable but Ive only spent about 30 minutes in it. My only concern is the exhaust, hope I dont start thinking its too loud. Everything feels different, the sounds, the feel... with going from an auto car to manual and doing brakes, suspension I have to spend some time getting to know the car.
