Thanks. Just an M20--my favorite BMW engine. This is my second '86 325es. My first was an alpine white bumper tuck a few years back.

I have some "stuff" you will need, and I could give you some advice as well having just done this. PM me if you're interested in any parts or experiential wisdom. Either way, Step one is Eurobumpers--non-negotiable.

I have a cinnabar MTech I spoiler, new OEM Eurobumper front and rear brackets, used right rear MTech Eurobumper Corner Trim (No longer in production), and New OEM Standard Eurobumper Corner Trim Right & Left (Can be modded for MTech I or used as standard Euro look).

This path, if you choose to take it, will not be without many obstacles, some of which money can resolve, others only luck can overcome. $2300 Later, my mod was complete (not counting paint). Good Luck.

Someone can back me up, but I am pretty sure the spoiler in that picture is MTech I, although I cannot confirm the top surface is painted. My MTech I spoiler looks just like that in cinnabar.

I am a nazi about putting holes in the car that were not originally present (although dudes out west can get away with it more than east coast bronies), so please realize that anyone wanting to fit one of these MTech I spoilers on their car has a decision to make...

Spoiler as is = holes in car close to deck lid seam (= no go for me).

Spoiler - extra studs wanting new holes + 3M double sided tape = solid fitment (IMHO).

Incidentally, I opted for the MTech I all around and factory spoiler over the MTech I that is sitting in my garage (mint with good cinnabar paint). If it ever gets out of the bull pen, step one will be the neutering of the extra studs. Step two will be Automotive 3M double sided tape.

Right now, I don't plan on selling the spoiler, though. Sorry if the above was misleading.

^ I don't mind putting holes for the wing. I will take it off your hands if you are not going to install it.

Here in the West Coast we hardly ever get rain!!!

If mine wasnt burried in the back of the shop, covered in dust with the bumpers off for powder coating I would post pics soon, hell I forget I have the thing sometimes haha.

                              Nope...definitely an Alpina.

Alpina spoiler goes past the trunk line & hugs the top part of the 1/4 panel. It also sits higher than an MT1.

Sharp eyes. Yes that is an Alpina spoiler. Like it better than the M Technic 1 as it was slightly taller.
