Holy crap I need sideskirts badly....

...and I need to finish sanding/painting the lip... and fix my valence.... and paint the valence.... and clean my car.... and do a real photoshoot. :p

So I decided to get off my ass and do something with my car this saturday... so I put together the remains of Fidhle's Rieger lip and slapped it on my car.

Photo by stasis productions (muahuahuahuahuah not really :p)

But for real, Rieger lips are stupid. They need side skirts to come along in the same package.

Thanks to Fidhle for providing the remainings of his lip to me.... just ziptied it on to see how it fits. Clearly I need to order new GC springs for the front to let the car go lower. But by the time that happens, a year will have gone by. :p

Off I go to find sanding paper... enjoy. Better pics will come as it progresses.

Looks good man, Have it photoshoped black and see what that looks like.

Are you running a roll bar? I can't tell from the pic. I am buying a sedan and turning it into a track/weekend car.

^ Yessir it is. Had fun having to put that lip back together, especially the section with a chunk missing. It was broken in 3 different pieces along with two almost complete cracks (making it 5 pieces). Fidhle raped this poor little thing a new one.

By the way, these fiberglass lips do not stick out as much as an original Rieger does. I remember TJ's lip was way farther foward than what this one is.

There's a pair of side skirts I've been eyeballing, just had no contact with the seller. they are alright and I think they'd match the Rieger with style.

          Gotta see whats up.

Mast, no roll bar yet. I'm saving up the pennies for a 6pt cage, which is what most sanctioning bodies require for drifting.

My car can pull it off for now since it's black, but I am in dire need of side skirts. I think I might go with the BMP skirts.
