I miss my e30, but I think you will appreciate the replacement

Well my e30 was written off about 2 summers ago, and I am really missing it, thought I'd come back to say hi and post my recent vehicle. Looking for a cheap e30 to tear down during the winter. Or an e30 m3 in decent shape down the road. Here is the toy for now though

umm thanks, it still drives just fine.
In reality, it handles better than the average Rwd car for an unexperienced driver, but I agree the fun factor is lacking in comparison.

Ah quit hating on WRD....but can we see pictures of the interior? Sounds interesting.

Clean example and one of the better VWs you can buy! I've driven one before, buddy had one (sold it after doing everything you can possibly do to it short of turning it into awd with r32 drivetrain) and got a 2002 that he just restored and boosted lol.

Not as bad as e30 m3 maint. wise but not exactly trouble free either ;)

Nice looking little car there, dewd.

Make a sacrifice to the gods of automotive electricals soon, though.

If those cars get weird anywhere, it has to do with wires.

                Hope all stays well.

Do you know your friends vortex name? If its pigsdofly he still posts alot in the corrado forum, and his 02 is insane. This car has actually been pretty reliable, the only problem I have had in a year is the intake boot had a crack, and wipers have been tempermental. I really love the car, especially the looks. But its kind of that girlfriend who is really hot but you don't feel the connection to. I drove my e30 a lot more for no reason than I do with this.

Hot car, although what he said keeps me away from VW's. That and their WRD.
