just look for the wet spot.....

I had the back seat out to do some speaker wiring and I noticed some welds on the floor under the seat I've never seen on any e30 before.

Yup less fuel, only holds about 8 gallons, it was driving me crazy before I found the hole, the damn thing would run out of gas when it was reading 1/2 full. The drug hole is coming to an end. I will be driving it from NJ to TX for Octoberfest and I'm gunna need a full tank. BMWSOB on e30tech donated a section of floor, now I just need a good tank. If I can't find a good used one, I'll have to go new.

Yeah when i first found it, i made my wife come outside and verify I wasnt crazy. There is an electric actuator rod in there too to open and close it.

shit thatd be the car i would pick in the 90's to transport illegal shit.. imagine running from the cops or other mob members in MBZ 190e's in an M3..
