my hood is flat black and everyone at the SC/NC meet recommended i paint the whole car that way.

if you do just make sure you seal it with a flat clear, i did this with my honda about 3 years ago (the only one at that time) and looked mean or sneaky at first. After a year the sun toasted the paint and turned gray. so, seal it.

exactly.. I think it has potential to look pretty decent. Its all painted up now and I held it up next to the car non attached and I liked what I saw.


as for the paint I used several layers of SEM trim paint... does that really need a coat of clear?
