Post Pics of your DIY-painted e30's

If you painted your e30 yourself, whether spraying it, doing a roller job, etc.

Painted the front end with spray cans a while back. Getting ready to do this process again once some new parts come in :). You learn a lot after the first time doing it. Don't halfass ANY steps or it'll come back to bite u...as u can see on my trim lol.

I painted this car for about 600 bucks (sand paper, filler, clear, activator, reducer, base etc). This was the first car I ever prepped out and painted. I think it turned out pretty damn good. I did it when I was 17 (almost 2 years ago). For all you guys that have seen it in person know it looks pretty damn good.

Please oh please post a paint your car DIY thread...or at least point me in the direction of the one you used.

It's gorgeous and it's exactly what I want to do! Love you're car!

I work at a body shop and the lead painter at the time helped me along on the process. It was a great learning experience and it has helped me on the job alot. People's cars are in so many different stages and it would be hard to write a DIY. Also I get a 30% discount at the local body shop supply store..

Those poor MiMs. Haha, jk. With a drop it would've looked ballin' status. Where'd those end up anyways?

                        Anyone else spray themselves?

Any other finished roller jobs other than that white one that got wrecked?
