    New front end mod.

    Before:

    After:

My girlfriend was driving it home from work today on the freeway, doing about 65, when she was suddenly confronted with an '05 or so Jetta that had totally lost control on the other side of the freeway. One second there was clear freeway in front of her, the next second was quite full of sideways Jetta - nothing to be done about it but hold on and close your eyes.

Thank goodness, she's OK - just a little stiff and sore, and staying home from work tomorrow on doctor's orders. The other car was driven by a 16 year old girl, but at least she has insurance and the police report says it's her fault.

I just bought this 325is less than two months ago, and it had a little over 90,000 miles on it. It was super nice. A moment of silence, please.

Anyone know anyone who's got a nice, small bumper, 5-speed car for sale? I could use a new one!

    Happy 4th of July! :)

Yes sir. I'll be cutting off that rear valance (or leaving it on) and replacing with the kopi rear from abrahams.

That SUCKS. Looks like there were alot of miles left in it.

If nothing critcal is bent someone should turn this into a track car, it pains me to see such a sound example go to waste.

Sorry bro, I was thinking we'd be hanging out at the junk yards together. Glad everyone's allright. Wow you just got it, but you can get another one.

Yeah, it totally took the hit like a man. I don't think it's going to make a track car for anyone, as the front left is pretty messed up, moreso than you can see in the photos.

It just has so many nice parts on it...perfect leather sport seats, baby engine, etc. but I guess it'll make some lucky guy a great find at the Pick-a-part. Hell, I'll probably wind up taking parts off it.

It did put a pretty good whuppin' on that Jetta, too (flow of traffic is opposite direction of Jetta):

I think you should keep everything you want and just find a shell to swap it all into. But thats just me.

Yeah well, chances are whatever replacement E30 I buy will need some stuff, so I'll still want to go. Hell, this car will probably wind up there...we can try to get the perfect black leather sports seats out of it before the vultures.
