Questions.

First, I'm not sure how I go about removing my bumper because the damn tow hitch.

Second, the car had some minor front end damage when I bought it but until today I had never really got in there and saw what was really the problem. Before I go off to talk to mechanics I thought I'd see what you guys have to say. Don't let me down!

I know it's not the best photo but it'll have to do for now.
I can tell that whatever the bumper hex screw actually screws into was pushed in and up hardcore and everything around it sorta caved in with it. If it seems that I don't know what in the hell I'm talking about it's because I don't, sorry. :-)

a big A** hammer would be a great start.
knock the rear tow ring to the side a little.
