07 MCS, 6mt, 17in runflats, hids, dsc, monster sunroof, auto climate control, cruise control, LSD. I've had it for a week and I already have 390miles on it. The worst part is that it's quicker than my e30. Speaking of, I'm keeping my 86 as a fun car, my 87 (of pink wheels fame) is for sale (buy me!!!), and my 67 will be for sale. No plates on the black car because I'm also switching everything over to MD stuffs (was still on NY everything). Oh, I also am got 31mpg on the first tank, which is quite nice!

Nice choice. Disapointed that we arent getting the 5 door 1 series? I remember you saying you wanted one. I met up with dustin (dp) from e30tech today to pick up a 3.73 lsd he brought back from williamsport for me. I got to see his turbo motor, that thing is insane.

You should turbo the eta now.

Clears, ltw, and a drop. I keed, so since it's an 07 model is it one of the new turbocharged mini's? I've always dug those especially after a fully track prepped mini came along on our bimmerfest caravan and you could hear the supercharge whine just screaming as he blew by every car with us.

YESSSSSS. I love the new Minis. I don't know what it is, but I've always had a secret love for them. I have in the past, actually considered selling my E30 and getting one. If only they were RWD, or at least AWD.

How long did it take for them to deliver it? A friend of mine put a down payment on one in Sept of last year and finally took delivery about a month ago. After being pushed back 3+ times, the dealership finally told him that they had no idea when it was coming.

I like the turbo, besides it's faster than the old blower cars, or so they say. Yeah, I know I need to take it out during the day and take real pics of it, but I need to wash it too. My first tank of gas put me at 390 miles and about 31mpg calculated. It took just over a month from order to arrival, but I'm also on the east coast. West coasters have to wait about a month extra due to the ship having to go south through the panama canal.

I am very disapointed that we won't get a hatchback 1. It's a true hatch that would sell good now that hatchbacks seem to be getting popular. Dustin's car is sweet, is it running now? Naw, no turbo for the e30. m20b30 is what I'm thinking.

I have a 67 1600-2 that will prolly sell better if I get it running first.

It wasnt running yet. The motor was complete minus a cam. Its pretty hot looking sitting on the stand though, 2.7 bottem end with i head, and a big ass turbo.

big m20 ftw. I'll probably be supercharging mine soon.
