It won't start, but owner says it isn't difficult to get it started again. Been sitting for 4 years.

I want to pretty much take it apart and make a pickup truck out of it considering it's already AWD.

If not, i could fix it and flip it. or part it out and make my money back, so it's really a win win situation...

any thoughts?
