I remember owning a Datsun 510. Fun little car for the day.

Mix and match of opinions on some of these cars. I don't think I need to poke at others cars as some of mine are butchered.

OMGHI2U yellow 510. I have always wanted a clean turbo 510.

Other than that that is seriously a hot bunch of cars! and that overly done e46 would have been so much cooler in Laguna Seca Blue (IMO).

its Rohan's car... he manages the floral park midas, and along with his entire family is an E30 nut.

His car is basically an s14 and e30 M3 5-lug stuff swapped into an E30 318is chassis.

The s14 has a miller MAF conversion, electric fan, and a more aggressive exhaust cam, and some kind of custom exhaust. The car friggin screams... although Rohan's driving style on the cross island pkwy was heart attack inducing for the poor soul in the passenger seat (me).

as I recall, rohan got the s14 for nearly free in exchange for swap labor, putting an S52 into an E30 M3... something like that anyway.

Rohan's brother painted the car... not exactly a concours job, but both of them do good work for cheap.

well, his S14 (or rather, the S14) has it all over my M42 at the low-end... you can really see the impact of ITBs when comparing the two engines 0 to 4000k --s14 is faster to power, more low end torque... etc.

however at the high end I think we're pretty close...

so, next year, maybe a dbilas kit or some sort of GSX contraption... it never ends!
