Hi, thougt you might find this interesting( at least the icelandic landscape :) )
Woke up early this sunday morning around 8:30 and went to the Reykjavik airport

The AC Schnitzer parked at the Airport (its just for local flights inside Iceland)

The aim of this trip was to buy a E30 318is (usa version), i was maybe thinking about using it as a winterbeater and for parts later, since i have huge dents on the doors of my 325i. I just put a advertisement in a newspaper in iceland and asked for a E30 2 doors from 1987-1990 and this guy called my and said he had a E30 318i ... 1991 model, i was quick to ask him if it was a 318iS and he said yes... and told me also that it had M tech suspension and clear lights (After i saw them i asked politly if he still had the stock rear taillights) anyways. The car has very very little rust on it, 14" bottlecaps on a huge spoked wintertires, sportseats, powersteering, AC, sunroof, sunroof wind deflector, electric windows and i guess that the M suspension is not in the car anymore. The m42b18 does seem to be a nice motor even thoo its not the most powerfull thing in the world. I also think the original LSD is in the car, at least on the gravel roads i had 2 long wheel tracks :)

Only 400 miles to go home to Reykjavik and 55mph speedlimit, its going to be a long drive.
Here a few pics taken on the way home, most of them while doing 80 mph, Enjoy
