Car looks good, Jordan. I really like the cloth interior a lot. I'm anxious to see what you'll ultimately do to this car.

    A couple questions:

    1. You changed your .sig...no interest in an M-coupe anymore?

    2. Did your argument with the Texas retard get you a break from bf.c or was it something else? :D

How does it feel to go back to an E30? Let alone one with fewer HP than the M or the 328? Personally, I think the M42 is actually fairly impressive and gets to the speed you want it to at an acceptable rate.

Can't wait to see this thing a month from now. You probably have some M30 Turbo setup waiting for it...hmmm....nah..S50 B32..

Jordan's back!?!? Welcome back to the e30 crowd. I'm very anxious to see the outcome of this one.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
          Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

Looks good, but I'm confused as to how someone bends up a valance at stock ride heights.

I don't think the m42 is much slower on the track, once it's up to speed and you keep from bogging it, you'll keep pace with an m20 pretty well.

I won't be in a position to be able to actually buy one for another 6-8 months anyways, and people kept PM'ing me with tantalizing examples... so I pulled it.

Yes, I got a 1 week Timeout on BFc for calling that retard a crackhead.

I'm very happy to be back in an e30. Its a fun little car, and its getting great fuel millage. I miss the brute force acceleration of my M3 but oh well... its all a means to an end!

Mainly to eliminate the ignition wires which seem so prone to degradation which causes any number of symptoms... and to free up a lot of real estate in the engine bay.

Well what you see here is after spending about 3 hours on it banging it into a semblance of its original shape, and then painting it. The kid that was driving the car before had the alternator fail... he and his friend decided to tow the car with a length of chain. The car was missing both brake ducts and they just tossed the chain through the drivers side brake duct inlet, under the valance, and then looped back on itself. You can imagine what happened once the chain was tensioned.

Not true. I'm doing the entire conversion for $105. Go price some new BREMI or BOSCH ignition cable sets for a M42.

Do you mean that as its just for bragging rights? Does this Coil on Plug set-up really help with preventative and current maintenance?

                                As mentioned earlier:
