      I think that those M's are stock. Euro cars could be purchased with an mtech suspension and steering wheel and equipped with 15 inch weaves. The bodykit was optional. I'd say this car has that package.

      BTW I like it a lot. Looks so much better than american cars with big bumpers and a high-mount brake light.

                  +1 Euro cars could be ordered with the mtec package, sort of like checking the sport package option on todays cars.
