only one thought.. is 2.5" big enough?

Sure is, a good 2.5 will flow 350hp. Standard on these engines is 2inch at its smallest point and factory they have about 5 mufflers and very retrictive bends. 2.5 will hold good tq at low revs and not restrict and high revs,

It might lose 4-5hp at 6500rpm compared to a 3inch,but will have more power down low and it wont sound droney like a 3inch.

Why not just buy a normal high flow muffler such as Borla, Remus, Flowmaster, ect rather than taking a shitty stainless muffler apart and spending a shitload of time building a muffle inside? Just seems backwards to me, but i'd like to hear a sound clip for sure before i could say it was a total waste!:)

Didnt have access to them, very hard to get here.It should be fine,its only the case we are using and the case is well made. Im not sure if this is the same muffler as on ebay. If it dont sound good ill change it lol this is my toy and ill waste money on it at will
