    why? and that looks like a v8? i thought that is a 4 liter bmw motor? it sure as hell looks like it. What bmw car has this 3 liter v8 fitted in it?

        Yes, there was a 3 liter V8 motor offered along side the 4 liter V8. The 3 liter has the power of the straight six with the fuel consumption of the V8. Go figure.
