Largest rotors you should need on an e30 would fit under 17" rims. Even the Mov'its fit under 17s...

"the rims need to be a minimum of 18's because of the brake rotors i'm fitting" - I was hoping you'd say that. :D

                      Very nice, VERY shiny.

Keep everyone updated on how the project is going... and post some numbers on what exactly you're doing - like how much boost will you be running? I can't wait to see the finished project. I wish I had the $$$, know-how, and tools to do something like this.

I'm not a regular fan of big, open faced wheels on an E30, although I think some big brakes to fit the empty space will deeeefinitely fix that. Just make sure they're cross drilled. 8)

Anyway, definitely interested in the power numbers, boost pressure, maybe even 1/4 mile times eventually ;) , etc, and although I think I've seen too many shiny engines, a nice clean one is better than a dirty one. Nice car, man. Looks like soon you'll have a lightweight 4 door that can go, change direction and stop equally fast. Keep us posted. :)
