    My Car: 86 w/ Euro

I don't think I've ever shown mine (or it been a long time). It's an 86 eta that I've had for starting on my 6th year.
I've done a ton of work. You can't really help it when you have a car that long.
Anybody have a rear apron that will work with my setup? ;)
Here she is, now at 242k.

Just put low beam HIDs in a couple days ago.

Are your headlights in upside down? It looks like the cutoffs are at the bottom of the lens instead of the top. Could just be the pics, though.

      That's a nice example of a Delphin E30. :)

+1 about the color, the euro bumpers look great
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

I thought that too, but then I thought about it and it makes sense (and also looks correct on the road). If the light doesn't hit the bottom of the assembly, then it won't reflect back to the top. If it hits the top, it should reflect to the bottom. Makes good enough sense to me and it appears to work out as such on the road.

          Thanks for the compliments guys.

If you park against a wall do the headlights do this: ___/ ____/

If so, I'm guessing you're right about the reflectors. I had an H1/H4 conversion on my car before I put the projectors in and I had very distinct cutoffs when I pointed them at a wall.

Yeah, they are very distinct and look like that. I've had them since 03 and just now decided to put HIDs in. The beam pattern was controlled enough for me to feel comfortable doing it. I wouldn't want to blind oncoming traffic TOO bad.

Very cool. Again, the car looks great and is a complete transformation from the original pic.

Looks great! I have an 86 es in Alpine.
If I can ever find someone to come up off a set of euro bumpers man, we can meet up and do a little photo shoot. I'm still searching! I'm meeting up with redbull_325 in Knoxville in a month to get his Kosei's.:giggle:

Thanks, man. I'm going to try to keep this car my whole life, even if I have to find somewhere to park it. First car and I still love it. I may try to daily it when I get a real job and get me a project car. Enough of my life story.

                    Thanks, again.

Sounds cool. I said the same thing about my last car. My attention spam is too short though. I'd love to keep my E30 forever. I've already spent twice its worth and i've owned it for 5 months now. I'm sure this sounds familiar for you though.

Do you guys have your own Knoxville CCA chapter?

what size tires are you running? they look a bit oversized

other than that .............thats a fine example of an early model e30
