Pretty clean with the Kosei K1s.

Man, the things I'd do to a touring if I could get one in my hands.

Man, I'd love to have that car. From what it sounds like, it's a really nice car also. Which I can't imagine is easy to find, as obviously these are nothing more than just appliances over in Europe.

I gotta know, just how big of a pain in the ass was it to register that car in the states?

i hear arizona has pretty lax laws about registration. You can actually register offroad vehicles for road use.

the things I did when I had my e30 tourings!
throwing old motors/trans. and using it like a truck! the ultimate e30 junkyard parts hauler!
just like a truck with a hard shell on it.

the only really bad part about the design of the e30 tourings is the rear taillights dont raise with the rear hatch-- makes it a beeaattcchh to load larger things.

                  cool pics btw.

Tourings are indeed great cars. For people not able to get an e30 Touring, or not willing to "risk" it, the alternative is an e34 525 Touring. I have one and it is a great car. Engine swap are easy on that shell too as it can receive any M50/S50 family of motors, or an S38... Car is plush and just a bit more modern than the e30. Simple to work on too.

It's unfortunate that so many are plagued with that Devil Sunroof.

Well, my e34 Touring has the double sunroof and it works great. Cross my fingers.

No I still have it! I am contemplating selling it but I still can't make up my mind. I love the car and would never find another one. So I'm more on the side of keeping it.
