Whats up with your seats?? Thats not the normal M-tech set up. Someone change it?? If you want to restore it to original let me know cause I sell the m cloth.

Yeah, I got the car with the seats like that. The wierd thing is that it looks almost oem with the m colors and the previous owner didn't change it. I would like to get 4 yards of cloth incase I ever want to restore it to original, though for now I don't mind it...looks good in person.

I believe that those are the stock seats for the 91 m-tech package cars. It's very, very rare. Whatever you do, don't change it!!!

???? wha? those are not the stock M-tech seats, the 91 M came with the motorsport cloth inserts, I think he just has some weird ass rare version of it. Or its a euro spec seat. Can you get some closer pictures??

My fault, I thought it was in reference to the OP. The linked pic has a weird cloth pattern i've never seen before. I can't tell if it's motorsports colors or not.

I zoomed in on it and it looks like the ///M colors are there, but ive never seen that fabric before. It almost looks like the euro bubble leather.

Euro bubble is the closest I could find, but it is def not. It does have the m-colors in it, but when I ran the VIN it says black leather w/mtech package like everyone elses. I wish I could find a registry with sll the different cloths. The car is garaged for the winter on the other side of the state, but I will get better pics in a month or so.

oman, i have to get in on this, i like your mtech for sure! it looks to be in better shape than mine, and mine has only 90XXX on it original. and yes, mine is a '92 "appearance". the urban legend on the 91's is they came with a 2.7L. im sure this is a fallacy but then again am not sure! id like more info if at all possible.

Im pretty sure its still just a normal 2.5 as it is only a little faster than my 87 535is. I wish it was a 2.7 though, at some point I might do the swap, but I like the fact that my car is a original 245k mile car.

It's an urban myth - for sure. You have a euro plate filler & are those Hartge's painted white? Who's exhaust? Really nice looking ride!!

lol that is a pchop of my real car, yeah my hartges are white lol and im not dropped that low. just bought the car last july. but i havent posted pics cuz in the next month it will look something like that. but here is a pic of how it sits now

Looks real good without the 3rd brake light. From your other thread, you are looking for info on 4 lug wheels - dibs on the Hartge's if your going to get rid of them. PM me!!
