The car is a pile of shit.

The owner is some dickhead kid that thinks it really is worth that much.

Needs a bunch of things like a clutch/timing chain/tensionar/gasket/brakes/etc. to make it right.

It's been on CL for a long time now, it's worth maybe 2-3k if it's really clean.

Prices are steming from lack of available quaulity cars and this months Roundel saying good E30's are very limited now. So flood the market with high prices now, and they will all fall like houses. Haha.
